You may have landed here to discover how yoga can fit into your personal wellness plan.
Regardless of your reason, I will review your history and discuss my findings with you during our first session to guide you in the appropriate direction. This intentional model of practice allows for increased attention and adaptation to your needs. During our first hour together, I want to hear your story and assess you as a whole person to determine what may be the cause of any discomfort to optimize your success at doing the things you love to do. Further sessions are one-on-one for 30 or 60 minutes, depending on need. You will be provided an individualized, targeted home program and access to communicate with me between sessions via the Ascend online patient portal.

Ascend is a fee-for-service clinic, meaning payment is due at the time of service. Ascend is considered an out-of-network provider for all commercial insurers. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, you will be given a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance or health/flex spending account for reimbursement.
At this time, Ascend does not provide physical therapy services for those eligible for Medicare due to restrictive Medicare laws and administrative burden. However, I am happy to aide you in finding a Medicare-enrolled provider locally to use your benefits for physical therapy.
All are welcomed and encouraged to utilize wellness and yoga services with guidance from my areas of expertise. These services are not typically covered by insurance.

Typically classes are labeled as “all-levels” meaning you can come for your first yoga experience without intimidation or explore your established practice with my cueing and guidance. Due to the nature of my clinic & practice design, I want to inspire all to believe they can engage in yoga together, no matter their limitations or skills. Variations are given throughout class to allow you the space to explore and adapt for your body. Props are provided.
